I usually wear a 3d printed cobra style device and only during play sessions. I am a grower and have over the years struggled to find a cage that fits well when flaccid but also when aroused.
I want to buy a flat cage to use during play but firstly what happens to the penis when you start getting aroused in a flat cage also what are your preferences for cages? Does ball gap have a huge effect on comfort. Link, Experiences and advice please?
