I occasionally hire a masseur who only offers a sensual massage + a HE, but hand jobs rarely work on me. I find that many of these masseurs are happy to receive head but not give. If, during the massage, they keep me hard throughout, then the handjob might work. Some are super skilled on how to deliver a stimulating HJ, but most don’t.
The other challenge is that many masseurs have different definitions of what’s included as ‘sensual’ and ‘erotic’.
