My daily routine actually starts at night just before bedtime.
I put on my #2 Supple Cups for overnight sleep.
Whenever I wake up, I first enjoy pinching pulling and tweaking my nipples then put on my Mr. S Leather Supple Nipps (small). I prefer to lengthen my nipples and not necessarily widen them.
I’m looking forward to cooler weather when I can then wear my cups all day under loose clothing in hopes of lengthening and making my nipples more permanently full and firm.

I just can’t get ENOUGH!

Every moment I’m alone, up goes the shirt and it starts all over.

I took out my tubes, lubed my nipples and slipped in for some long yearned for pumping.

The cylinders measure 2-1/2” long and 5/8” (internal) diameter. Moderate pressure, slow long sucking.

At the end I banded them to maintain the engorged shape for the afternoon. Hoping to get more pump time in today.

All products are available on Amazon. The bands are from Correct-O rings. Pinks are 1/2” silicone and are stretchy.

If you find yourself wanting your nipples to be stretched LONGER consider stacking your bands across the length of your engorged nipple.
As for myself, over the day, as each band was added, my nipples lengthened thereby allowing for swelling and adding the next band

I completely forgot that I had a doctors appointment today for an EKG.

The nurse said nothing… but her eyebrows went UP WHEN SHE STARTED TO APPLY THE ELECTRODES AND SAW A PAIR OF THESE STARING AT HER!
