I customized it to have a 5mm hole through the end for a lock. There is an 11mm hole at the end of the tube where the piercing protrudes.

The inside of the tube is near my full length and when I go flaccid the tube is pulled against my body keeping it in place.

Installing it is a bit interesting - involves fishing line and patience when flaccid. I wouldn't be able to install it erect because the inside dimension of the tube is narrower than my erect girth. I modeled the outside diameter to match my girth at its largest.

It's not intended for extended use obviously, but it's an interesting concept.
