Me (37m) also heavily into crossdressing. So within the past year started to adopt a kink into abdl and I’m loving it, but my wife is absolutely disgusted by it. We’ve gotten into pretty heated conversations about the topic of me participating, to the point where she’s called me mentally ill and that I desperately need help. I try explaining to her that I do it for comfort and as a coping mechanism as a result of our sexless marriage, but I can’t get through. I don’t involve her in either abdl or crossdressing, I keep it soo far away from her that if never told her about either she’d never suspect a thing, but she keeps making it completely about her.

Any advice??

I know a lot of ppl will just say quit doing it then, but since it is an outlet/ coping mechanism for me I definitely don’t think I can give it up, even if I wanted to.
