just dropped her off at the airport and my mind is going crazy!!!

Help me!!!!(35m) My hotwife(37f) leaves in the morning for her first weekend long trip, we are both really excited and cant wait, I will be waiting at home but i feel like im already going crazy because i cant stop thinking about what she will be doing all wekend and she hasnt even ledt yet, is this normal? Any suggestions on how to distract myself?
