Wondering if anyone else has this experience. Twice when I’ve used ketamine, my thoughts spiral into analysis of my drug use, questioning whether I have let it go too far, and the second time it resulted is me marching to my room and dumping all of my gear down the drain (🐴and ❄️). I’m not mad about it - it was time - and better early than too late right?

Wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience. When I use when I’m out dancing or with friends, it’s all about connection and love, but at home? Questioning my choices and urging me to stop now while I still can.
