5 years on low dose T + occasional stretching, no pumping. The first two are while hard and the rest of these pics are soft. I have partial gonadal dysgenesis and was born with an undeveloped vaginal opening, I've gone through vaginal dilation therapy these last couple years to be able to have PIV, and my next goal is to get some more girth! I bought my first pumping kit from Stealth Bros & Co and am excited to track my progress.
