I’ve been exploring naturism recently and I find myself feeling incredibly excited and happy when I’m in these environments. Seeing people of all ages and shapes just existing naturally gives me a huge boost of energy.

I think it’s because it’s so different from the "perfect" images we see in media. It makes me feel liberated. Has anyone else experienced this kind of "adrenaline rush" of happiness when they first realized that nudity is just natural and peaceful?
