Does anyone else feel like dating has become unnecessarily difficult?

Genuine question does anyone else feel like dating apps have made dating feel way more complicated than it needs to be?

I feel like it’s become very swipe → talk → disappear → repeat, and it gets exhausting after a while. 😭

I’d much rather meet someone naturally, have conversations, become comfortable with each other and see where things go.

For those of you who’ve actually found a meaningful connection/relationship through Reddit or elsewhere, how did it happen?

I’d genuinely love to hear your stories.

Is it just me or is it genuinely difficult to find meaningful relationships as a gay guy in Mumbai/India in general?

Sometimes it feels like everyone wants temporary conversations, validation, or something casual, while emotional connection and consistency are becoming rare.

Maybe I’m just emotionally exhausted after the past year, but I wanted to know if others feel this way too.
