Bad Meth sores on chin i cant find other people having at this level. Serious or nah?
For about almost 2 months ive been on and off with using meth. ive been using roughly once or twice a week or less with only few times doing a decently large amount in a day (not at all by methhead standards lol). Recently i parachuted and smoked a small bit and got carried away picking at my chin and over time its getting worse even when not using recently and putting small amounts of cerave moisturizer and lukewarm water on my face etc. Is this serious or im i overthinking?
