So you read a lot on forums about people who have used tens units rather than stim units to get started in this area, and there are clear differences between how these units work. And there is a lot of research on tens units for their traditional use. But I'm wondering if there are other uses for estim that are more therapeutic.
Specifically, has anyone used or attempted to use estim to improve pelvic floor control in women. Or, is eStim likely to assist with developing pelvic floor/bladder strength if pads are positioned appropriately?
