Let me start by saying I value quality over quantity so please move on if you aren't interested in an intential online dynamic. If that seems harsh I am just trying to avoid wasting anyone's time.

Now I love routines, rules and rituals. I make my expections clearly known and expect them to be followed. However I am no "all work and no play" and love to reward good behavior when it is earned.
