I’ve been rolling for over a decade (not frequently, maybe a couple times a year). I used to be able to go with the flow while rolling and just be euphoric and have a good time, whether that’s hanging out calmly with people or being energetic at a rave. I was just happy to be there. But for my past couple rolls I’ve felt euphoric, but also jittery. Like I want to move and talk constantly but I also DONT want to move. I’m not sure how to describe it. Like sitting still feels like a nightmare but also getting up and moving feels like a chore. Feeling energetic and jittery and also couch locked is strange. Does anyone know why this might be happening or has anyone experienced this before?
