when you put ice in a cup and pour coke into it. that light brown but still see through color. does anybody know why it’s this color

i’ve been using for almost 4 years now. i’ve been using every single one of those days multiple times a day and i’ve never missed one night of sleep and i take a fuckton of vitamins. i have nobody in my life that does drugs, besides a work friend she’s an ex hustler so we go in on ounces once a month or so. i could probably go 30 more years and not have a come down but some day something will happen and my worst fear will expose me and im not even remotely ready for it. the longest i went was 48 hours and i physically was in pain and couldn’t walk straight. mentally i was ready to throw hands with the air for no reason at all. i was also not the healthiest because it was in the very beginning so i had no nutrients. i’ve been on stimulants since i was 7 years old and i never missed a pill so i have no idea what being sober is like in the 21 years ive been alive.

anyways can you guys give ur thoughts and how you guys personally feel coming down. and how fucked am i
