I daily drive the Tena Active Fit Ultima which are a nice combo of thin (doesn't restrain movement, etc), quiet (no ultra loud plastic noise), moderately absorbent (can take from morning to late afternoon with no problem). I also have thicker ABDL diapers like Betterdrys/Crinkles, but these are really thick and I'm starting to dislike the tape placement (the bottom tapes are way too low).

I feel like the Active Fit Ultimas are the best the medical world has to offer, absorbency-wise. Am I missing something? The Betterdry Days are nice, but they can't take more than one or two wettings.

Basically I'm looking for an Active Fit "Ultima+", a plastic backed diaper that can take a slightly bit more without leaning completely in the thick ABDL diaper market.
