35yo female with Bipolar II/PTSD.
Was having awful nightmares and have been taking 2mg lorezapam at night to help my sleep for about 2 years now. Psychiatrist upped my lamotrigine at night and cut me down to 1mg of lorezapam at night. It's been 4 days and nights of restlessness and feeling like complete garbage.
Just looking for kindness and support.
I really do want to taper off but this feels so abrupt and awful.
