Few questions about phimosis
First, I am 22M and having phimosis and I can retract my skin when flaccid and see the d head. When erect, I can't retract the skin by more than 1cm, maybe. And I have taken a prescribed ointment from the doctor and it is helping me but there are difficulties and I have tried stretching with a cotton swab but I can't see a major difference so now my questions please answer them

Having phimosis
I am having phimosis and now with the help of ointment, I can pull my foreskin all the way down and see the dick head but after pulling it down it is still a little tight that I can’t easily pull it up. And during the erection, my foreskin only goes a little bit down what should i do? And right now my dick head is also very sensitive like I can't even touch it with my finger.
