The way I am seeing it, they are acknowledging there was an issue...
Is a repair good enough? Won't be a problem in the future?
Should I try to ask for a replacement?
Context: after 4th wear, my wife notices that on thebqckpart of the crotch zipper, where is the upper reinforcement, that there is a tear.
When I took it down, I notices the glue is not sticking.. do you think it was a gluing problem?
I took extremely good care, with washing dressing wearing and storing it.. didn't pinch with nails or anything..
What is your opinion?
I wash the catsuit in viviclean both ways, I rinse it, after that I put it in a bucket of water with vividress, once for each side, and I hang it dry

If anybody wants to talk about latex, I am absolutely interested.
Sideline, do you think the collar is too big? Is it ok if I fold the front part of the collar and tuck it in so I creat that airtight feeling?
Latex feels so good, absolutely more than I expected ..in a good way.
However, I got a question. If I push on the crotch while it is zipped there is the sound of air leaving the zone and latex getting sticky on the zone. Does it mean something? Is it a manufacturing error?
