Curious how much getting ur ball implants made your dick stick out in front if at all?

Ive been packing with balls cuz it feels so weird with just a dick and im self conscious of how With the balls it def makes my dick stick out. now im self conscious its too much. And makes me look half chub? Haha.

Sent this email to Align today, also called my insurance to file a formal complaint with Dr Gurjala. Will be moving forward with another team.

I want to start out by saying that I had high hopes for Dr. Gurjala and the SSP after I had the initial video consultation in July of 2024.

It felt like the perfect surgery and they sure sold it so much that I forgot to ask the important questions like, where did you learn the technique for prelamination of the urethra? How many have you done? What percentage have been successful? Why did you choose this niche to practice?

Instead, I just asked about simple things like length, girth, what happened with my natal parts, how far out they were scheduling stage 1? I was told my expectations were realistic, given a vague description, and told 6 mths.

I told them I would be in contact, and needed to get my finances in order for the longer than expected for phallo recovery. I contacted them in either Jan or Feb of 2025 and said I was ready for 0ct 25' and it wasn't until august of 2025 that Andrea called me to schedule my stage 1 for Nov 17 25 and my stage 2 for Mar 17 26.

Following stage 1, in my second post op visit Dr. Gurjala casually mentions that in the following stage(2) the neourethra in my leg would not be hooked up to the UL that was performed in stage 1, but would happen in stage 3.  Also, it was at this time I was told for the first time I would need to dilate after stage 2 until  stage 3 at least and cant for sure say when it will stop. At that point I was invested, was I going to bring up the fact that he lied to me and risk my results? No thank you, ill bite my tongue and move forward still living on some high that it was all going to be worth it.

Then comes the next adventure, at 6 weeks til the time of my surgery, Andrea the wonderful patient navigator, calls me and again with the lack of accountability, tells me that my surgery you know the one that I had not 1 but 2 diff caretakers from out of state rearranging their lives for me and 2 diff Airbnb's rented for, was gonna be at a diff date, but she wasn't sure when that would be. No I'm really sorry nothing. Almost as if I put it in her calendar in the wrong place.

That was the same week I got the infection in my leg. Coincidence or proven that stress reduces your immune defense?  I already had an in office visit scheduled, and was fuming about my surgery date just being up in the air and no one seeming to care. Anyways, he drains the red bumps/infection sites and prescribes antibiotics without taking a culture. I take 12 days of this antibiotic and it seems about the same and then the redness returns. He prescribed another antibiotic this time for 7 days, I also have to go back in and have them drained again. A culture taken this time, but no results were ever spoken of. Then 5 days later redness starts in a new place and I go to my local ER. First thing they do, draw blood, take a culture and do a scan. They don't find any abscess, so they prescribe me an antibiotic that will work on the strain of bacteria that I have. Finally the infection goes away just in time for stage 2.

Before stage 2, me and Dr Gurjala speak again about the size I want 5.5x5.5, and repairing the tissue in the spots where the infections were. I thought we were on the same page.

When I woke up everything was so swollen still that the girth was up to par, but it seemed at least a half inch to an inch short to me. The hospital was great. The only complaint there was that Dr. Gurjala visited me only 1 time after surgery. Even my first post op appt was with pa Teranze. Which gives off a rather poor rapport. At my first post op it was brought to my attention that there was a wound separation happening at the underside of the base of the shaft. Teranze showed me how to dress it. I was able to heal it with medi honey faster than with their recommendations, and after it healed I was able to do a more thorough investigation of the area, there's a clear reason for the separation. one side of my shaft is 5" and the other side is only 4" and they just stitched them together like they weren't off an entire 1".  Imagine the tension on the shorter side when the longer side does something it has enough tissue for? What throws me off is they use a pattern. The same pattern on everyone, that's what I was told at least, so how does one use the same pattern time and time again and end up with such a noticeable difference in length?

At about day 4 I noticed larger blisters on my phallus, at this point I couldn't tell that they were the same as the infection sites. I asked Dr. G about  it the one time he came in and he said " oh that's normal" I was too drugged up to articulate that I didn't need reassurance but was looking for a reason why they occurred. Later I found skin marks and mapped out that indeed the blisters were the infection sites. The upper one healed on its own in about 4 weeks, leaving a divot of missing tissue and a crease where it folds, the lower one started leaking during dilating, my next clue the tissue wasn't repaired. At this point the dilating still wasn't getting any easier and I was 8 weeks post op.

I had an appt with Teranze and asked why a diff technique was used to form the head of my phallus and the term experiment was used. I told him I was shown the phallus that Dr. Gurjala did right before mine and the head was created in a massively diff way. He seemed surprised that I knew mine was done differently, tried to say it was to create a more cis looking phallus. The problem is the way they did this accounted for at least an inch in length. Imagine way 1 is a toilet paper roll you put a straw through and squish together at the end. Way 2 was more like a toilet paper roll that you want to make an end for, taking one side and folding it across, where it meets and then cutting off everything hanging off the top. Resulting in a total loss of length that is the same diameter as the phallus. On top of that the tip died and the sides came up engulfing the top and I lost another 1/2" in length.

so at this point my phallus doesn't even hang out of the palm of my hand. I was told 5.5" and got 4". In what world are those satisfactory results?

Last but not least, Teranze told me he thought Dr. Gurjala would still like to chat, and I said that was fine with me. It's been a week and no one has contacted me to set anything up so I'm gonna go ahead and say that he doesn't actually want to, which further confirms his lack of care.

The sad part is some people are in this for the money and it isn't about helping people. I believe Dr Gurjala could be put on that list as one of them.

Disappointed doesn't begin to describe the feeling accurately. I invested yrs of my life with these people and mentally i'm in a worse place than I started, the level of stress that was brought on and all for subpar work and care is such a shame really. We aren't guinea pigs and if I knew I was being treated as such I would not have moved forward with Align Surgical Associates and Dr. Gurjala.

Had ssp and wasnt aware i would also be losing what feels like my two parts of my quad muscle to boot.

The interior vastus medialis seems to be the only part of my quad activating during flexion. I feel a teeny activation near the center on my rectus femoris and nothing by the vastus laterialis.

Do standard ALTs also experience this?

Curious if anyone here had a phallo and was so unhappy with the outcome that they started over?

How many of you had post op regrets (about size mostly) that went away with time?
