I’m assuming the ethyl ring gets cleaved off during first pass metabolism, so does that mean that e brom and e flualp are ineffective to take sublingually and only good to take orally, or is it like any other non prodrug benzo where sublingual is totally fine and just leads to faster onset and no reduction in strength.
Any answers are greatly appreciated!
What is the general duration of effect and half life of both of these. I’ve done heavy research on the dosage, comparisons to other benzos, etc, but I cannot find anyone giving clear info on their duration of effects and estimated half life.
I am also hearing that 3mg of e brom is approx equal to 1mg of alprazolam and 0.5mg of e flualp is approx equal to 1mg of alprazolam. Is this true in your experience?
Does anyone know their approximate duration of effects and half life? Thank you!
I have a 2mg/day clonazepam tolerance (for the past 3 years) from my script. What would the recommended (starting) dose be for nss clobro for someone with my tolerance. Yes I know it takes 1.5-3 hours to kick in and no I won’t redose my partner is going to hide the vial after the first dose.
I might as well ask what a good dose is for e-flualp and e-bromaz for someone with my tolerance as well because those are coming sometime soon as well.
Thank yall for the advice!
I ordered a single vial of clobro last night with priority shipping to hold me over until my next kpin refill because I’m running short and zelled them immediately after ordering without messing anything up and following their instructions exactly. It still says pending payment. I sent them an email early today about it and they haven’t responded. Does anyone have experience with this, or does it just take them a day or two to confirm the zelle payment and start shipping the order. I’m just super anxious about all of this because I have a horrible panic disorder and GAD. If anyone has experience with this please tell me or comment and let me know if I’m good and just to wait or if I’m out the money I spent.
I did use the correct site it IS very well put together. I take 2mg clonazepam daily what dose is recommended of clobro with someone of my tolerance once/if my pack lands?
Thank yall!
I’ve been on Clonazepam 2mg daily for about 3 years now due to GAD and a panic disorder so bad it has killed me before, it’s to the point I’m being treated by a big name University Professor of Psychiatry and am his personal case study because he wants to find a way to get me off benzodiazepines before 2029 and still prevent my panic attacks so I don’t die again or have to have adenosine pushed bc my HR spiked to 220bpm while laying down. Clonazepam saved my life.
My question is that sometimes in a really bad month I need more then 2mg and although my psych understands the severity of the situation and is willing to put in the occasional early refill, the pharmacy often refuses. The only other drug that acts on gaba I have access to is Zolpidem, and I was wondering if when there is a situation where I have to drop my dose to 1mg or .5mg a day to make it to my next refill I could supplement with the Z-drug to make myself more comfortable and not end up in the ER.
They are pharmacologically similar, so it seems a decent idea, but any thoughts on the subject are greatly appreciated. Let me know if that would theoretically work.
Thank yall!
(BTW I do not take Zolpidem, it’s an old prescription that’s still full)
