My full subincision after castration and scrotum removal, im smooth now after genital nullification

Im doing yard work with this catheter in, and leaving the valve open. Drinking lots of water and letting it just drip. But when I stop to check my phone, I get a bladder spasm and it runs out in a stream

Ive been in the mood, and put in a 26 fr catheter with 30 ml balloon. I love being able to relax like im peeing, but its controlled by the valve
