Quick background, strict Catholic upbringing. 20yrs married. 51yr old. Hubby suggested it, took me a year to have a go, loved it, brought us closer, but the emotional strain of the few 3rds we tried sometimes was devastating and put me off.

Hubby has been told he has a lifespan with his heart.

I'm thinking of not being so hard on what I wanted.

The exclusive, regular type of arrangement. And maybe letting go and experimenting more and hopefully finding that long term Prince amongst the frogs.

I asked hubby how he would feel if that Prince arrived and I got emotionally attached. He said as long he, and our marriage was a priority, if he gave me what I was missing he would be okay with it and we would communicate if things crossed the line. More the emotional commitment, he wasn't worried about the sex side of things.

I've also put on a little weight in the last year due to stress and I'm 51. I'm about a 14-16 now.

Do guys like the more curvier older women? my confidence is shot and I don't feel sexy. Even though hubby tells and shows it.

Have any genuine wives had any great success at this age?

What does that regular 3rd give to the marriage?

Or the endless hookups? Should I be worried about the body count
