Full meta with UL, vaginectomy and fat-filled scrotoplasty

We stopped the nursing care on the cystocath wound on Tuesday. There is still a healing delay on the right side of the wound, where the infection was. It initially closed up then reopened, I had to put a bandage last night but today it looks good enough for me to start putting silicone scare tape on it.
Stitches are falling off like one or two each day. They are starting to bother me but I hope they’ll fall all soon. Still having some blood spotting on the head of the dick, otherwise I heal pretty well. I can walk almost normally, started PT for my dislocated shoulder (woke up from surgery with my shoulder slightly dislocated), can go grocery shopping easily. I can’t wait to be able to go back to the gym !

I think I might have some wound separation on the left of my phallus, and am scared it’s a fistula…

EDIT : the nurse took a look at it, I indeed have a wound separation she put some algosteril on it to help it

Day 20 PO. Got the SP cath removed yesterday, finally feeling free ! Peeing is painful because it’s burning, but I feel like it’s slowly improving. I have super intense bladder spasms that make me pee every hour or so. Infection of the cystocath is still there despite removing it, got antibiotics for three more days and nursing care of the incision until it’s healed. Peeing by my dick is wonderful, the bladder spasms are too intense to try STP for now but it’s still a fantastic sensation. Sutures are bothering me but they should fall soon. The head is still bleeding but it’s improving every day.
Next appointment is mid august. Stage 2 will be mons resection and silicone implants for the balls, somewhere in 2027.

The meta itself is healing great, despite cleaning there is some maceration that should disappear along the healing.
SP infection is wide, nurse is speachless they didn’t put me on antibiotics earlier as it’s my whole mons that is red and swollen. The pain is so hard, 8-9/10 every time I move. It’s starting to wear me off.
After the cystography fail yesterday, I’ll try to clamp my SP and pee by my new urethra at home today.

Had surgery (full meta with UL, closure of vaginal opening, fat-filled scrotoplasty) Thursday 9th July. Foley cath got out on day 7, it’s been such a relief !! It was so painful and bothering me, I feel a lot more free and can move more easily since it’s out. Scrotum feels really small but dick feels pretty decent. Surgery took 7h and 3 surgeons, went really great. The head surgeon is very pleased with the results so far. Next appointment will be Tuesday 21th July, first cystography and basic PO appointment. If everything is good, the SP cath should be out on the 28th. Second stage will include testicular implants if the scrotum is big enough, and monsplasty.
