basically i’m dumb and took few hours ago 36mg concerta but as usual it doesn’t do shit so i decided to take my normal oral meth dose (20mg) and to my surprise: zero effect.

from what i’ve found on internet, the strength of methylphenidate’s reuptake of dopamine is stronger that meth’s thus meth is completely canceled by mph.

now, is there a way to overpower this mph reuptake with a bigger but moderate dose of meth or the strength of binding is not additive with dose?

So after reading a ton of posts on this subreddit I see a lot of people claiming that smoking meth makes them stimmed for 12+hrs easily, some even claim 24 hours. Same stuff can be seen for other ROAs.

How do you guys do it? I take my usual dose in the morning orally and 4 hours later I can feel it’s slowly stopping working and I have to redose again. How is it possible if oral ROA has longest duration? And yes I tested it and it’s real stuff.

ngl I would love to take a single dose and be wired for whole day, kinda jealous of yall
