Hi, as most males, I get erections while sleeping or when I am very relaxed. It's a natural reflex, can't help it. Since I am going to a natursist camping with a pool, sunbathing areas and relaxing fields, I am wondering if this is acceptable or somehow I have to cover it in advance.

If I get a erection while sleeping in public, near the pool for example, would this be acceptable or rude?
