When you get to my age, the flab is hard to shift, so I live with it and love it, and still manage 10-15 km walking a day. I've never been a stick insect, anyway 🙂
Did a 6.8 mile hike on the Pacific Crest Trail. Saw a few folks at the trailhead, but no one after that. It was an out and back hike and I stripped for the pics by the sign and then just hiked naked from there back to my truck. It was a glorious day.
I was camping in Wales this week, and went for a hike in the forest below the Rhinog mountains. There was hardly anyone around, and the sun came out, so I stripped off and was able to hike naked for a good couple of hours 🙂
