Where are yall getting it? I found some on in-house pharmacy but never ordered from there before.

Also for those that it has worked on you; how long did it take to see results? I already produce A LOT of clear fluid mixed in with some colostrum (I suppose it is?) I also bought a pump, really excited to see if I can produce!
