The only one I have found is Degrees of Lewdity with Transmod, which lets you play as a trans character and adds more settings for how NPCs perceive your gender. Its great actually and covers it really well but I was wondering if anyone knew of any others?

Specifically from the role of the lesbian. The closest I have found is Course of Temptation, which allows you to be a lesbian but still have sexual encounters with a guy. But, not only does the game not really recognize this, it changes all of the NPC odds to make fucking guys really, really hard.

Does anyone have better suggestions?
