I need some help

I want to start wearing my cage more often and I can wear it for about 6 to 12 hours but after awhile the bottom of the ring start to irritate my sack and leave a indentation on the back of it too and idk why I put lotion on the right so it can move around a little and not hurt more. Is it a ring size problem or the cage problem? Thank you any guidance is welcome 💜
