as the title says, i’m thinking of expanding by renting out a business office suite right in the heart of where majority of my regulars work. some mentioned that it would be an ideal address, as it’s located in a business office building. has anyone done this before? tips, recommendations, advice are all welcome!

my current arrangement is that i book hotels a week out at a time, and move around the city. however, i’m noticing this isnt ideal because my regulars will sometimes not book if im not at A vs B location. so by having a more permanent location, i think this would help solidify future clients.

i’ve actually rented from this building before, as she’s somewhat an old family friend. she lives about an hour away and i will be paying her via zelle. when i did rent here, i was using it was a “work from home” office.

the walls can be thin at times, so im hoping to get tips on sound proofing the room while still maintaining a clean aesthetic 💞
