Aztarys: the vyvanse of focalin

Been prescribed this for awhile now, pretty interesting medication. Its a conbination drug of 26.1 mg of serdexmethylphenidate chloride, and 5.2 mg of dextromethylphenidate Hcl (the text overlaps the side effect list lol) essentially thw same thought process behind vyvanse of requiring metabolic breakdown. Never see this drug mentioned in any textbooks, literature or conversation despite reading hundreds of articles and owning a cpllection of pharmacology books. Pretty cool med imo!

Anypne else prefer IM over IV?

The rush from IV is great but its never won me over when the furation of IM is so much greater. The only reason i still IV sometimes is the pricess of it, tying off, tappibg my vein, wiping it off, grabbing my needle and slowky pushingnit in until i feel the pressure drop and then pulling back and seeing the beautiful red, and finally pushing in and instantly feeling weak. The process itself is beautifully unmatched, but idk. When im shooting for the effects IM has always been my preference. Also easier to do in a work toilet and not be there for 20 minutes trying to find a vein lol

Tianeptine freebase?

I know Tianeptine isnt wildly discussed in the sphere of the opioid RCS discussed here. Especially with its low potency. Im asking whether anyone has experience with the frewbase forl of this drug, and if it had any appreciable effects. I found a few grams of tianeptine sulphate on my desk, and i have the means to tear that sulphate salt off and convert it to freebase but i wanna know if its worth it to even run the reaction. My tolerence has been very low lately, as ive tapered off the cocktail of opioids i was on before so i have hope
