For context, I'm 18 years old, my height is 5'10" and weight 71 kg.

Here is the exact timeline and history of my regimen:

June 12 – October 6: Started with Estradiol 2mg + Spironolactone 50mg for the first 17 days, then increased to Estradiol 4mg + Spironolactone 100mg. Switched to the sublingual method for Estradiol during this phase.

October 7 – February 4: Regimen was completely paused during this period.

February 5 – March 18: Resumed with Estradiol 4mg sublingual + Spironolactone 100mg.

March 18 – April 30: Switched to Estradiol 6mg sublingual + Spironolactone 50mg.

From April 30 (Current Regimen): Adjusted doses to optimize feminization. Stopped Spironolactone completely. Now taking Estradiol 4mg sublingual + Bicalutamide 25mg daily.
