What are the best exercises/ prep I can do by myself to be able to get Fisted?
My girlfriend and I have been together for a long time and one thing we are both curious to try is fisting.
I’ve never done this before, we have experimented a lot with stretching me out on occasion (I can currently take 7 fingers , knuckle deep) but I’d really love for her to put her entire hand in me and take my “fisting virginity “ so to speak.
I’ve been doing a bit of research and a lot of the advice tends to be the same:
-use plenty of lube
-belly on the mattress bum up for easier penetration
- start slow
-stretch regularly
Problem is, due to work and hobbies and life getting in the way, I cannot always find the time to stretch with my partner, and I’m looking to see if there is anything I can do by myself .
Is there anything I can do by myself for this?
Is there a regular stretching routine I can try by myself, kind of like any other body flexibility routine that just takes a couple of minutes every day?
