[F4M] Seeking a long term roleplay partner; fantasy, sci-fi, politics, romance…
Hi! I’m an 18y female who’s seeking a partner who wants to build a rich world and complex characters.
A little about my rp style
I’ll write just about anywhere you prefer (Discord, here on Reddit, anywhere else). I’d like someone literate who writes in third person (like myself). I typically find I write around five paragraphs in a response, but I don’t police length; sometimes, a response only needs to be two or three paragraphs.
A little about themes/stories I like
As mentioned in the title, I enjoy a wide variety of stories and settings. Medieval settings, high-fantasy with a magic system, interplanetary science fiction, gritty apocalypse/post apocalypse, modern-day-adjacent special operations, borderline cliché arranged marriages in fantasy kingdoms, both court politics and science fiction republics… Truly, I would love to plan and play just about anything. I love torturing our characters and getting all angsty, so whatever we build, we’ll make sure there’s room for some sadism haha. I always enjoy a side of slow-burn romance (though it isn’t necessary). I love dynamics ranging from betrayals to enemies-to-allies/lovers, unwilling allies, and even true friends/lovers. I care more about the tension and chemistry between the characters we build than any singular trope.
A little about me (in case you’re curious)
I’m an 18y woman who’s loved writing for about four years now (yes, I was and am young; yes, I was a kiss-ass in English courses) and that includes both roleplay and some solo recreational writing. I’m in the EST time zone, but I wouldn’t say time zones are a big deal to me. I would preferably like to rp at least once a day, but I also totally understand if you have a schedule that doesn’t allow that! Sometimes I’ll be busy for a few days, too. Because I feel it’s relevant to rp, my current reads are Next by Michael Crichton and Empire of Silence by Christopher Ruocchio; my most recent read was Light Bringer by Pierce Brown. I love cats, baking, reading, and the beach (yay FL). Is this weird?
