hii, so ive been on hormones for 8 months (sept. 2025 was my first dose, 22 years old). i started at 3 pumps daily of E gel and 125mg of spiro and 3 months in was moved to 5 pumps daily with the same spiro amounts. i asked my doctor what he thought about changing to E tablets instead of gel and he recommended against it.

my hormones have been female levels for the past 3 months or so, and i feel like my breasts aren't growing as fast as maybe they might? idk i just wanted some opinions. the first 2 pictures are today, and the last one is pre-hrt.
