Hi Everyone, Recently I had sex for the first time but I have observed that when my dick gets hard and my foreskin is positioned at the back of the head it gets tighter.

This resulted in the lack of blood flow and the head got reddish and resulted in pain.Because of that I am unable complete the sex and felt really disappointed.

Has anyone faced this condition and how to avoid it?

Should I have to consult any doctor in order to get any kind of surgery to remove my part of the foreskin?
