Visual Person here - Need some reference to understand how to wear this "bipolar glans electrode with stainless steel focusing balls"

As the title says, I'm reading it, but, like I don't quite understand. Are the metal balls supposed to go across? Like if anyone is comfortable, or has a source for what its supposed to look like being worn, I would appreciate it.
