Has anyone had any experiences with these? The ones I'm aware of have Spanish or a similar language written on the blister packaging. Are they likely to be counterfeit even if they come in blisters? The idea of genuine OC80s being on the BM over here sounds very unlikely to me.

How common is blowing dark bloody chunks out of your nose in the days after snorting pills? I’ve only been at it for about 3 weeks (a few lines at night) and I blow multiple of these out a day… on top of general nasal irritation, pain and spots of blood. Are these just bloody boogers from lining damage or something more sinister?
inb4 muh snorting pills is bad. I do know and I intend to take a break, but it’s Tapentadol which has a horrible oral bioavailability and takes an hour to kick in.

Is there a way to get more than one consumed substance to show up on the graph? I can only see one at a time and would love to see the timing of the peaks and plateaus comparatively during poly drug use.

Looking for personal anecdotes on smoked or boofed taps as as the bioavailability of tapentadol when taken orally is only ~30% and it takes 45-60 to kick in.
I've snorted it a few times and the initial 5-10 min rush is great but it burns like hell and the effects wear off very quickly.
inb4 tapentadol hate... i appreciate the lack of nausea and inb4 IV -- i feel like that's a step too far.
