Just got back from Feather River Hot Springs and it was an absolutely great experience! The host was super welcoming, and both the campgrounds and the facilities were kept impressively clean. The two hot springs on site are awesome and have the perfect rustic vibe, but the camp still has proper electricity and running water, so it's very comfortable. The other people camping nearby were really nice and respectful, which added to the great atmosphere. Also, a quick heads-up: the signs say "clothing required," but it was definitely clothing optional after dark. Overall, a very cool place that I highly recommend checking out!
