After A LOT of lube and edging, letting gravity do some work, and a little bit of effort I FINALLY got the 11mm smooth stepper in. Been working on upsizing to 11mm with a few setbacks over the last few months. The pop was SO INTENSE! 🐕 I was even able to pull it out, add a bit more lube, and reinsert again which was just as intense! 🥵🥴 Chain Gang products are top notch! I have a 7mm to 11mm nail on the way as well and next will be the TX6. 🤌🏼 my ultimate goal is 13mm

Hi all, so I came across this post the other day https://www.reddit.com/r/kink3d/s/r9lP9D2aBh looking into a stand for our cages. I also just got my own Kink3D cage, but my other posts you’ve probably seen that I’m dealing with some bruising that I thought was from wearing. So while I’m working on figuring out the health stuff… I’m diving into making something like this for all of us here! Please respect my efforts in this… I’d really enjoy this opportunity to challenge myself to make something really cool for the greater community.

I haven’t made too many designs and this is very primitive for the time being. I’m only really good at tinkercad, so I’m gonna have to learn fusion or something for future iterations. But in the meantime… The idea is for it to sit on the stand as if it was on the body rather than tilted like the reference example in the above post. I may end up making it so the cage tilts but I’ll play around with that as I make prototypes. The rough design (with the extra measurement cube in white) is already underway as you can see, but I need some feedback from the community! I’m using my S+ with ring0 as a reference but I want to make it usable for even those with the smallest and largest cages. So I’m asking for the following measurements from you users!

Red: just inside the top of the ring to the bottom of the tip (roughly) for the BIGGEST cage. So that there’s enough room for all versions to hang on the stand with extra room to “float”

Neon green: the distance between the ring where it would rest on the body to the outermost edge of the locking mechanism for the SMALLEST cage but also for the THICKEST ring. This I think should be the same for all versions? But I want to be sure that even the smallest users can display their cages!

Discovered some bruising when switching between rings. I haven’t had any discomfort but this was definitely from wear. Any advice?

I went with the ring0 again today but I noticed some discoloration after a few hours of wear and might be just slightly too tight. Though I haven’t lost any feeling. Ring0 is still the better size to lessen pull out. I’m switching over to the Ring1 for the rest of the day to see how that goes. But I can definitely pull out with that ring size. The cage itself is a wonderful fit. 🐕

I have seen a few sizing issue posts lately so let me add some of my experience with that here!

First, kink3d’s support email is very helpful. Make sure you follow with A LOT of measurements. I already had somewhat of an idea from older measurements but I really dialed it in over the span of about 5 days and with some trials with the help of a local dom that had the exact sizes I was thinking about. Even when I did my trial sizing I was about to order a ring1 but I ended up getting both a 1 and a 0. The 0 has honestly fit better and LESSENED the chances of pull out. Let me be clear, pull out is not impossible but that’s more of a mindset thing. Also, it’s a bit more difficult to get back in once pulled out and locked so like, why would you anyways? I might get a ring0 curved just to have a bit better of a fit but right now the standards are good. I would say the ring size is the hardest part to nail. I might end up getting a half size because I feel the 0 is just a smidge too tight, as mentioned above.

My normal resting measurements ended up between a S+ and an R. I went with the S+. The R at trial wears was probably going to be too big. And I like the feel of being confined more in the S+. I’m a grower. I bulge into the cage and it definitely is snug. But it’s also SUPER comfortable and I’m loving it so far.

I was finally able to find a decent looking 11mm that I thought would be comfortable and usable for longer term wear as I work my way up a size (currently rocking 10.5 mm pretty comfortably for the last few weeks near consistent wear). First, my package took nearly a month to get to me. Ironically the same day that I was wondering if it would ever show up because shipping notifications were awful. Second, the quality is TERRIBLE. The plug has a burr/chip which pretty much makes it unusable and unsafe. It is barely smooth and terribly cheaply made. It’s pointless to return because of the restocking fee even with a 100% guarantee. The site is preventing me from leaving any soft of review. Guess I’m back to searching. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Happy to join here and looking to finally purchase my cage. I’ve wanted the blue and I heard they were discontinuing it so I’m going to be buying soon! Someone was going to help size me with their collection but had to cancel due to illness so I’m doing this by measurements once again. The last cage didn’t work out so well so I want to be absolutely sure since this will be my first long-duration wear cage! 🐕

Starting with base ring… the rainbow ring pictured is an “ergo” cock ring that’s a 38mm. That itself sometimes slips down but not too much so I know my ring size to order at least. Maybe Size 0? Should I size up?

Last night with some measurements, my flaccid length was around the S+ (3.5” to 4.25”) though I don’t know how many trials of measurements to do. Pics from this morning getting ready for work so I’m probably as soft as I’m going to get when measuring. 😂 Sometimes I may shrink smaller. Other times I may rest just above that range.

Edit: I am also a major grower. Like 7.5” when fully hard and pretty thick. So I’m slightly concerned about excess constriction when aroused. 😅🐕
