My motive is simply reduce anxiety and to seek to fall asleep early. I have always slept terrible, even with a strict schedule and hard work it took me a long time to fall asleep. Now I don't have a schedule because I'm a freelancer and to spend 3-4 hours in bed tossing and turning I prefer benzos. I don't care if I shorten my life, I prefer that to have it get longer tossing and turning

I also suffer from a lot of anxiety and a feeling of overwhelm (more mental) in the afternoons, obsession with caffeine that makes my blood pressure high, but I never experienced euphoria or pleasure when taking benzodiazepines to calm my anxiety

I imagine that I do not suffer from anxiety or panic attacks, but mere anxiety; Strong, but they are not attacks.

benzos that I have tried:

to sleep what I like the most is lormetazepam that I have it prescribed by a chronic doctor

to relax Orfidal leaves me slightly off
Lexatin is fine, similar to Orfidal for 2 times or 3 less.
diazepam
alprazopam: to sleep days when I drink a lot of alcohol and complement it with lormetazepam

Who feels euphoria why is it?

Es verano, soy pobre y vivo en un lugar muy caluroso. Eso significa tomar media pastilla más de mi lormetazepam recetado algunas noches para poder dormir.

Me faltan 7 días para que se me acabe la medicación porque no puedo dormir con la dosis normal, y estoy impaciente. Me imagino 7 días sin lormetazepam y me vuelvo adicto*.

Así que conocí a una mujer que ni siquiera me gusta , solo quedé para que me diera Orfidales (lorazepam). Y ahora tengo otra pastilla que vi y que me gusta, aunque no me ayuda a dormir bien. tambien toma tramadol y alguna medicacion con morfina asi que me puede tentar

El ciclo vuelve a empezar.

Por suerte, no tengo trastorno de pánico, que con las benzodiacepinas me produce un subidón. Es solo ansiedad normal y me impide dormir.

Is lormetazepam 1 mg as 'potent' as usual in other countries or less? Does long-lasting have many side effects?

It's 3am, I'm embarrassed to go to the pharmacy on duty at 3 am at night to buy benzodiazepines to sleep. The prescription did not let me buy them until 00 am, that is, at night.

I have a problem, that I usually run out of lormetazepam to sleep 2-3 days before because some nights I need 'extra' because I have drunk a few beers I drink more, and those 2-3 nights without medication it is almost impossible for me to sleep.

I've run out of it and tonight if I don't go to the pharmacy tomorrow I'm going to have a useless day.

Has it ever happened to you? Do you think that doctors should give to you some extra pills a month so as not to fall short?

There are generics with the exact same chemical formula for sildenafil, modafinil, Ozempic, etc., which are easily obtainable online. But when it comes to methylphenidate or dextroamphetamine, nothing, absolutely nothing.

It’s like they force you to risk trying random research chemical garbage experimental amphetamine-like analogues/substitutes, which obviously I’m not going to try because you don’t even know what it really is or what could happen long term.

It almost feels like those substances are “too good” to be easily accessible because they improve productivity, and they prefer people sedated or euphorically drugged instead of being self-sufficient.

I’d like to know why they can’t be found.
