What are we tipping the floor hosts at the end of the night?! I feel like our staff is so under appreciated by all the girls right now and they work their ass off. I’m obviously not speaking about girls leaving with nothing. I know it’s a bad time right now. If you make $1000 what are you tipping out? Does your club have a standard or requirement?! Posting on their behalf to see if they’re getting burned by the girls at my club!

What are some things you say to a customer when they hand you a disappointing tip after VIP? I’m grateful for any and all tips but sometimes I have an expectation and get bummed out when they hand me $40 after an hour VIP! I’ll usually just say I appreciate them but really I was hoping for more… Any one liners or cute things you can say that has them handing over a bigger tip? They just spent over $700 so I’d assume they’d be willing to hand more over and I just need to ask for it!
