I made this cat o nine whip, a very effective tool.
Played around with various ideas of how to make a cat o nine that delivers both sting and heavy impact and this is the result.
Used paracord (with inner strands) for the tails and metal tube and some leather for the handle. The decoration knots are made with gutted paracord.
