I'm 160cm and 55kgs, I used 125mg of Tukol (it has guaifenesin. I didn't know this before I took it) and, since I was unsure if I would be able to feel anything at all with such a little amount, I took 250mg of Sertraline too. I was already sleepy beforehand so I stayed up for like 2 hours before falling asleep. I did feel heavy and not as stressed, but I didn't feel much. Maybe I slept through it.
