For those of us looking to lose weight, what diets/eating changes have yall tried and recommend?

After really enjoying putting a little plastic in my face (feminising cheek filler), I decided to make a personals ad. I've had a few guys contact me to sponsor my bimbofication, paying for implants etc. I'm really happy that men are taking an interest in transforming me and starting a relationship.

Are there any guides on how to navigate mutual requirements, negotiate more extreme requests, and generally make sure the whole thing is mutually beneficial and safe and sane?

Asking purely from theory, because I see so many especially young women (typically lawyers and HR) who work themselves towards burnout, often without even needing that much money. Many could easily work part-time, but seem to follow the taken path.

You could imagine that some of them would want to let go of that and be the opposite, and if only as a fantasy.

Do any of you have stories to tell about about an achieving woman wanting to explore this path?
