I have been here about 2 months or so ago, wanting to create a group game of lockees, where everybody locks up and is not allowed to cum, everybody can surrender and then can kind of make it harder for the others.

It only was an idea back then, but I found a few people and wrote up some rules. But last time it was all kind of vague and I didn't really filter out inactive people. That's why I am writing again. I am searching for people who are willing to be active and to participate in such a chat on telegram, doing daily cage checks and such things. Since I am from Europe, I think it would also be beneficial for you to be from Europe, but this isn't a hard requirement.

These are the rules as of now, someone else of the group also wrote up rules for another twist and I am open to suggestions. I am also probably going to add a paragraph about the daily cage check next:

#1: During lockup, every lockee is required to keep locked at all times, except for hygiene openings or things where it could be inappropriate to wear the cage, like a doctor's visit, nude areas or other occasions.

#2: While being locked, no vibrator or penetrating toys or other things can be used on the cage or penis. Hands are also to be kept off the area.

(All other sensations, such as anal play or nipple play are allowed. This allowance is given for now but could be reviewed at a later point.)

#3: All lockees are to be put into a ranked list, every lockee is sorted into the list by his erect penis length, in a descending order. If a lockee A is below a lockee B within this ranked list, lockee A is considered a "lower" lockee towards lockee B, otherwise lockee A is considered an "upper" lockee.

As long as no length is known, the lockee is considered "lower" lockee for everyone.

Proof for the length has to be given with the help of a picture in the "Observation" channel or via PM to a moderator.

#4: If a lockee unlocks for any reason, experiences an orgasm or leaks cum in any other way, he has to notify other lockees in the "Lockee Status" channel on the event and the reason.

In case of an unlock, also the re-lock has to be notified of. In the case of a leak without orgasm, all "lower" lockees are supposed to be forced into chastity for 4 more days and shall not have a chance to cancel the lockup. In the case of an orgasm, the traitor exits the lockup and is exempted off all rules except that he still has to notify about orgasms and the following of this rule still applies to all "lower" lockees until all lockees have exited the lockup. All "lower" lockees under the traitor are supposed to be forced into chastity for 7 more days and shall not have a chance to cancel the lockup.

#5: Every lockee is encouraged to perform a cage check on one of any "lower" lockee once every 24 hours. If a cage check is performed on a lockee, he shall reply with a proof picture of his locked state within 24 hours in the "Observation" channel or via PM to the origin lockee.

If a "lower" lockee fails to provide proof in time, the "upper" lockees of him are supposed to decide by majority whether the "lower" lockee exits the lockup or is forced into chastity for 7 additional days. If the "lower" lockee is exited from the lockup, the same punishment is to be applied to other "lower" lockees, as if he would have experienced an orgasm.
