This Week’s Characters: Celine (MC) & Maya

Hey everyone! This week we’re looking at Celine and Maya.

Celine has been away at college for three years now. In all that time, nobody came to visit her, and she hasn't gone back home either. Honestly, it's more like she couldn't. Claire always made up some excuse to keep Celine far away from home.

But there's a bright side: Celine got a roommate. Maya is three years older, works as a part-time model, does whatever she wants, and doesn't really stress about money.

Even after everything Celine has been through, she never holds a grudge against anyone. This drives Maya a little crazy, but she also secretly admires her for it. Because of her "princess" attitude, most people find Maya pretty hard to approach, but she’s always been super sweet and caring toward Celine.She's the perfect friend... and maybe, just maybe, something more.

We've made some really great progress this week. We worked on the phone and game UI that I shared previously and completely revamped it from top to bottom. The apps on the in-game phone are finally starting to take shape, and I can't wait to show you the preview images.

First up is our social media app, Pinky. It’s a highly interactive app—if you leave a comment on someone's post, there's a high chance you'll get a reply. Liking pictures and commenting can also increase or decrease your relationship points with the characters. Also, the posts you see and the replies you get will be completely different depending on whether you're on the Romance or NTR route.

Our dating app, Spark, is also coming together nicely. Using a familiar swipe mechanic, you can chat with the characters you match with... and who knows, maybe you'll go on a real date with them in the future and do much more. If you click on a character's picture in the app, you’ll be able to see their personality traits and a short bio. Also, if you swipe left and reject a character on Spark, they will show up again the next day. This acts as a safety net in case you reject someone by mistake.

Our Messaging app is pretty standard and does its job perfectly.

Even though we’ve made a lot of progress on these apps, there is still work to be done, and the final versions are going to look much better!
