Human Toilet Slave Contract: Part 2

The drafting and revisions are complete. I’ve reviewed it with my property law professor, anonymously, of course, to ensure its enforceability. This document is now final.

Here is the contract verbatim:

**CONTRACT FOR TRANSFER OF TITLE AND SERVICES**

**THIS AGREEMENT** ("Agreement") is made effective as of [Date], by and between [Your Full Legal Name] ("Owner"), and [Recipient's Full Legal Name] ("Property").

**1. RECITALS.** Property voluntarily and knowingly seeks to be classified as chattel property, specifically a human toilet appliance, for the exclusive use of Owner. Owner agrees to accept said transfer of title under the terms herein.

**2. TRANSFER OF TITLE.** Property hereby irrevocably transfers, conveys, and relinquishes all rights, title, interest, and claim of personhood to Owner. Henceforth, Property shall be legally recognized as the personal property of Owner.

**3. SPECIFIC USE & SCOPE.** The primary function of Property is to serve as a human toilet receptacle for Owner's bodily waste, specifically fecal matter ("shit"). This includes, but is not limited to: assuming a stationary position upon command; opening mouth to receive shit; eating said shit; and submitting to post-use cleaning as directed by Owner.

**4. CONSIDERATION.** In exchange for the permanent transfer of title described in Section 2, Owner agrees to provide Property with the purpose of utility and designated use, which Property acknowledges as full and adequate consideration.

**5. TERM.** This Agreement is perpetual and binding for the lifetime of the Property or until termination at the sole discretion of the Owner.

**6. WAIVER OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION.** Property expressly waives any right to sue for damages, injury (physical or psychological), illness, or loss arising from the services rendered under this Agreement. Property shall indemnify and hold Owner harmless from any claims related to this arrangement.
