I'm thinking about building a local platform where people can post what they need, and people around them can offer to help.

For example:

People could ask questions directly on the post, and anyone interested could offer to do it. Once both sides agree, they can move to a private chat and get it done.

But it wouldn't only be about paid tasks. You could also use it to:

• Ask for local recommendations
• Find someone to help with a college project
• Offer a skill or service
• Get help with a small errand
• Give something away locally
• Find people for something you're working on
• Ask for help with something you don't know how to do
• Find and promote local businesses

 

Basically, a local community where people can post what they need, offer what they can do, and actually connect with people nearby to get things done.

I'm trying to figure out if this is actually useful or if it just sounds good as an idea.

Would you use something like this?

And if you would, what's something you've recently needed help with in Nashik that was surprisingly difficult to find someone for?

Looking for someone who’s genuinely up for hanging out, random chit-chat, long drives, exploring new places, grabbing coffee, and just having a good time without everything being forced or transactional.
Not looking for anything complicated — just good company, interesting conversations, spontaneous plans and someone who’s actually down to explore.
